56 Day Seller Warranty Cover

At quit-it.co.uk we offer a Limited Warranty which strictly covers the original purchaser only under the following terms:

Batteries are warranted for a period of 56 days and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion, a maximum of 1 (one) time only.

Batteries are consumable and as such are warranted for 56 days from the date of purchase. Batteries are manufactured to the highest standard, but may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if used incorrectly. The expected lifespan of an electronic cigarette battery purchased from us is around a maximum of 300 charge cycles, depending on usage and care.

Replacement batteries may be purchased from us.

The Warranty excludes defects arising from accidental damage, misuse, inadequate maintenance, improper charging or use of alternative charging adaptors, or unauthorised modifications including the misuse of e-liquid substances.

Please be aware that the atomizer heads are sold as single use disposable items and are covered by DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means that from the date of receipt, the buyer has 48 hours to ensure that the goods are in good working order and report any faults within this time.

Atomizers and e-liquid are consumable products and not covered by the 56 day seller warranty due to the consumable nature of these products, and for health and hygiene purposes (unless DOA),

We highly recommend that you use our e-liquids with our products for peace of mind as these have been tested to a high standard and are not known to cause any problems with use with our products.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
We will accept an unused item for return for any reason within 14 days. You will normally be refunded within 5 days less postage costs. If you have a faulty battery, charger or accessory we will send you the relevant spare part under warranty rather than returning the full product. Atomizers are not covered by the 56 day Warranty.

Please note that ANY items that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including boxes of atomizers, coils and the e-cigarette. If part of your kit is not working then please contact us for a replacement under warranty.

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone, if the Goods are damaged or are items are missing.

If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be sent via recorded delivery. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of the Goods from the Buyer.

Refunds
Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods has been used due to health and hygiene reasons. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of the Goods and no refund will be offered.

  • No refund can be offered on any used items.
  • No Refund can be granted more than 30 days after purchase.
  • We cannot provide a refund if the product is damaged and this was not reported upon receipt.
  • We may refuse the right to a refund if we have provided you with replacement parts.
